To assist us in pricing and designing your labels, please use this form and write the text you want on your labels, specifying the font if you know it, size of the finished label, number of colors, sewing margins (if any), and information about the garment or article to which you will be attaching the label (this helps us advise you about the type of fabric for the label).  If you are providing artwork please go to FAQ for information on the digital file formats we can work with.
